What You Will Do:

  • Lead engineering execution for small projects or specific scopes of larger projects
  • Review customer specifications and requirements, and lead a project team to develop designs
  • Provide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
  • Communicate clearly with manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers
  • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 5+ years of related engineering design and project experience
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and ability to improve processes
  • Knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines
  • Ability to independently lead a team of engineers
