About the Role

As a District Business Development Manager at PosiGen, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in our district. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and targets, while developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of the solar industry and excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • A proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

What We Offer

Our competitive salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
