Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Patient Access Representative to join our team. As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for checking in and checking out patients, performing various operational support functions, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Check-in and check-out patients at assigned practice(s)
  • Perform various operational support functions, including scheduling patient visits, tests, and surgical procedures
  • Greet patients, answer and direct telephone calls
  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions
  • May cover different offices as needed or directed
Qualifications
  • Equal to the completion of 4 years of high school is required
  • Good computer and typing skills are required
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
  • One year of medical office practice experience or graduation from a medical secretary program or the equivalent is preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
