We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at Bank of America. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs and provide them with tailored solutions to achieve their financial goals.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to ensure the best possible experience for clients and the bank.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Manage cash responsibilities and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaborative and effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and improving clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
