Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker II to join our team at Zachry Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for promoting resource recovery, tracking redeployment issues, and coordinating with vendors and employees to ensure efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain effective recycling programs to minimize waste and maximize resource recovery
  • Track and manage redeployment issues, including inventory equipment and creating spreadsheets for vendor sales
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule deliveries and pickups of scrap metal roll-offs
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to ensure compliance with IR standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and process data
Requirements
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and perform basic computer skills
  • Must have knowledge of IR standards, Mundy IR TJA's, Universal Waste, RCRA, SPCC, and GSI System
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with KPI reporting and process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of valve reconditioning programs and metal recovery processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and management
