Job Title: Chemical Operations Specialist
About the Role:
The Army National Guard is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Chemical Operations Specialists. As a member of this elite group, you will play a critical role in protecting the nation from chemical and biological threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and supervision on CBRN equipment and operations
- Operate and maintain CBRN decontamination, defense, detection, and monitoring equipment
- Wear and use protective equipment to handle hazardous materials
- Assist in the application of NBC defense measures
- Coordinate with civilian personnel on emergency response plans
Requirements:
- Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 17-35
- Pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
- Meet citizenship requirements
