GRW Engineers, Inc. is on the lookout for experienced Water Resource Civil Engineers with a strong foundation in project management, particularly in the realms of water and wastewater systems, including stormwater management.

In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, guaranteeing that our clients receive the highest quality of service. Your responsibilities will encompass the planning, design, and construction oversight of utility infrastructure projects.

As a key member of our water resource team, you will deliver cost-effective and operationally efficient solutions by collaborating with local officials, drinking water and wastewater service providers, as well as state environmental and health authorities. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you engage with clients during site visits and public meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Active Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the design and construction management of water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects within a consulting framework.
  • Robust technical expertise in water resource engineering, with proficiency in all phases of project execution including planning, design, bidding, and construction administration.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, particularly Civil 3D.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced in Project Management, capable of preparing scope-of-work and cost estimates for contract proposals, and leading teams to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, adept at drafting reports and business correspondence, and presenting information effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Capable of planning project resources, maintaining timelines, and adhering to budget constraints.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Motivated to exceed both the firm's and clients' expectations.
