We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at The Avers Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets in the Oak Creek area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve sales and profit margin targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
