We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Ambassador to join our Oakbrook team at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. As an Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
• Operate the register, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products, including scooping, topping, and packaging
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
