Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing client Individual Program Plans (IPPs), ensuring that client needs are consistently met, and that corresponding documentation is complete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate staff training on new programs, behavior management plans
  • Provide direct supervision of programs on the floor
  • Coordinate intake for new residents
  • Develop formal goals and documents sheets in accordance with the IPP plan
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, mental health, or a related field in human services.

12 months of experience in developmental disability services, non-profit community-based organizations, or related fields, including one year in a supervisory capacity.

Computer literacy required.

Valid Ohio driver's license required.

Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen must be completed.

Annual completion of 40 hours of in-service training.

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
