Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at Kestra Financial Independent Advisor. The successful candidate will provide exceptional client service, administrative support, and operational expertise to our financial advisors and clients.

Responsibilities include handling all client correspondence, appointments, and account-related matters, assisting with client meeting preparation and follow-up, processing and submitting account paperwork and requests, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, and excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
