Job Description

The role of Client Support Specialist at Russell Tobin involves handling incoming calls from clients regarding various service inquiries on their accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to respond efficiently while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Provide functional support for Morgan Stanley Cash Management products and services, including assistance with client website and mobile app.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour (based on location and experience). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
