About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Development Specialist to join our team at Impact Community Action. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth development and career coaching, with experience in managing caseloads and providing supportive services.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to create and update service strategies, ensuring their active participation in our CCMEP services and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a minimum caseload of 50 youth participants.
  • Participate in community outreach and recruitment activities, including site visits 2-3 times a week.
  • Assist with student enrollment, intake, and document collection activities as needed.
  • Develop and implement Individual Opportunity Plans (IOPs) for youth participants.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless service coordination.

Working Conditions:

This role requires a standard office environment, with frequent travel within Franklin County. You must possess a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.

Salary: $22/Hour

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with youth and young adults.
  • Prior experience in workforce development or education.
