We achieve this by providing compassionate and holistic nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients with Eating Disorders and other comorbid disorders in an inpatient or residential higher level of care (HLOC) setting.

About Your Role

">

As a Mental Health Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately. You will also provide medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the inpatient and residential setting only, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider.

You will assist and support medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination, providing medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family, and outside care agencies as needed.

You will serve as a staff resource for client medical needs and information, partnering with the treatment team to create the appropriate treatment plan for each client.

  • Licensed as an RN or LPN in Ohio">
  • Must have valid driver's license and be authorized to drive">
  • Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire">
  • Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting">

Compensation and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

">

In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including HSA and PPO insurance with HSA or FSA options, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan available two months after start date.

We also offer paid time off, seven paid holidays, and one floating holiday in addition to your regular PTO.
