Client Relationship Development Specialist

Columbus, Ohio's leading white-glove level landscape company seeks a Client Relationship Manager to foster and develop client relationships.
The CRM serves as the primary client contact for new and existing maintenance and enhancement clients within the Landscape Maintenance division. This role is responsible for building positive relationships with clients through clear, proactive, and consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strong Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting connections with clients to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maximize Client Retention: Proactively engage with clients to provide exceptional service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare Professional Proposals: Develop and present proposals that meet or exceed client expectations, adhering to company standards.
- Respond to Client Inquiries: Promptly respond to all client inquiries and requests for proposals, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain Proposal Records: Maintain accurate records and tracking of all proposals in progress, with timely follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support Marketing and Sales Efforts: Utilize the Aspire database of current, prospective, and past clients to support marketing and sales efforts, driving business growth and revenue.
- Highly Organized: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Serving Nature: Demonstrate a strong desire to serve and nurture clients, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, creating long-term partnerships that drive business success.

- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Horticulture Knowledge: Preferably possess horticulture knowledge, with experience in landscape maintenance and care.
- In-Field Experience: Have experience working in the field, with a strong understanding of landscape operations and management.
- Account Management: Have experience managing client accounts, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Landscape Certification: Hold landscape & snow industry certification(s) or be able to obtain them in the future.
- Aspire Software: Preferably have experience with Aspire or similar landscape industry-specific software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
- Education: Hold a degree in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
