At Palantir Technologies, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations make data-driven decisions. As a Development Strategist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue goals by selling into enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with our Business Development team to expand our footprint across North America, identifying and generating viable customer opportunities, and developing comprehensive strategies to grow our presence in commercial institutions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential customer opportunities to build a qualified pipeline for your book of business.
  • Engage in outbound cold emails, cold calling, and social selling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Develop customer profiles, including identifying target customer needs and the most effective way to address those needs.
  • Engage with Senior Executives, Engineers, Product Teams, Procurement, and Legal from prospect accounts.
  • Achieve key metrics designated by Sales Leadership.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment, developing deep familiarity with Palantir's software platforms and how they can be used to solve real-world problems.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Proficiency with sales tools.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience.
  • Open to travel (50%+) per business needs.
  • Must be in the office 2+ days a week.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000/year. Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus, the value of any benefits offered, and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
