Your Role
In this position, you will:

  • Assist in the development of bridge design documentation, including plans created with AutoCAD and MicroStation, as well as design calculations and quantity estimations.
  • Conduct structural calculations using industry-standard software and specifications.
  • Occasionally perform inspections and load ratings for local agency structures.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (a Professional Engineer license is preferred).
  • Five to ten years of relevant experience, particularly in bridge structures or rail systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in collaborative team settings.
