Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized recommendations.
Incoming Call Management: Efficiently handle incoming inquiries, providing solutions and information.
Insurance Plan Development: Design and recommend insurance policies tailored to individual client requirements.
Cross-Selling Initiatives: Identify and promote additional insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Ongoing Education: Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
Establish and maintain networking relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and other relevant partners.
Process requests for policy changes from customers.
Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
Generate new business through leads and referrals.
Contact potential clients using VOIP technology and automated dialing systems.
Meet phone time or sales targets as set by management.
Work independently while also collaborating with team members.
Qualifications
Licensing: Must hold an active General Lines P&C insurance license and Life & Health in Texas or be willing to obtain one.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Client Focus: A dedicated approach to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Flexibility: Ability to excel in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining high productivity.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools.
