Job Summary

As a Nighttime Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nighttime operation of the store, ensuring that shelves are stocked and leveled properly, and managing the scheduling of all Night Crew Associates. You will also be responsible for front-end and office operations, including check approvals and nightly resets. Additionally, you will assist with the ordering of merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department and ensure that all productivity measures of the 3rd Shift Grocery Crew are up to standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
  • Responsible for proper handling and merchandising of all products according to company policy
  • Display and express a complete knowledge of all products to customers
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation, according to 5S standards
  • Oversee the entire Third Shift store operation, including shelf conditions, stock levels, and merchandising standards
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and development of all new Night Crew Associates in grocery operations
  • Responsible for discipline or recommending discipline of all Night Crew Associates according to company policy
  • Responsible for all refrigeration and security procedures during third shift, and all weekly and nightly resets
  • Responsible for evaluating the performance and progress of Store Associates
  • Ensure that all productivity measures of the 3rd Shift Grocery Crew are up to standard
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
  • Satisfactory performance reviews
  • Strong communication skills
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience
