We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Expert to join our team at Process Street. This dynamic role involves driving revenue growth through new business development, strategic partnerships, and sales operations excellence.

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of Process Street's innovative technology solutions. Your ability to analyze customer needs, develop tailored sales strategies, and negotiate agreements will be crucial in closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in an AE role, with at least 2 years in SaaS sales (SaaS experience is a must). You should possess strong business acumen, excel at driving deals forward, and be passionate about startups and technology. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as adaptability and a willingness to learn, are also essential requirements.

As a Sales Performance Expert at Process Street, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy unlimited PTO, annual company offsite, social time, generous health insurance for US employees, and equity for all full-time roles.
