Job Title: Registered Nurse

A leading healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide medical oversight and training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities residing in group homes.

About the Opportunity:

This part-time role requires the Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate annual and routine medical services, supervise staff in medication administration and documentation, and serve as a liaison between families and residential staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate annual and routine medical services
  • Supervise staff in medication administration and documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between families and residential staff
  • Complete written reports and documentation on a timely basis
  • Maintain confidentiality and report incidents as needed
  • Advocate for individuals and perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Desired: 1+ year of Nursing experience, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
