**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Polaris Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in sales revenue to assigned commercial customers and dealers. As a single point of contact, you will establish and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships, create new sales opportunities, and project a professional image on behalf of Polaris Commercial.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Performance: Set and achieve sales targets by assigned vertical markets and dealers.
  • Quote Management: Create and submit formal product quotes to assigned customers and dealers, and support quote opportunities for other sales team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Lead customer relationships and pursuits, serve as a single point of contact with assigned customers and dealers regarding basic technical questions, order and delivery status, invoicing, and accounts payable questions.
  • Product Promotion: Lead and assist with promoting the Commercial brand through product demonstrations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional sales ops, marketing, technical, and non-technical teams to support all customer and dealer needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of progressive B2B sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of procurement process and management of enterprise-level customers.
  • Ability to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Strong numeric skills, with the ability to calculate amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Proficiency with computer programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Field-based position with estimated travel requirements of 50-75%.
  • Home office environment with support from corporate location.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
