Title: Senior Business Analyst in Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Location: Remote (Hybrid- 2 Days/Week Onsite)

Duration: Full-Time

Position Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you will be instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency and aligning processes with strategic business goals. Your role will involve comprehensive data analysis, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and executing strategies that drive performance enhancements. A robust understanding of supply chain and manufacturing dynamics, coupled with strong analytical capabilities, is essential for effective collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in business analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, tools, and practices, encompassing test planning, development of test cases, execution, and defect management.
  • Contribute to the refinement and standardization of business analysis processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing departments to ensure IT initiatives align with business requirements and secure necessary approvals.
  • Document and relay test outcomes, compliance assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders as required.
  • Evaluate current IT systems and applications utilized in supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Identify potential for system integration, automation, and enhancements to boost data transparency, operational efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Work in partnership with IT development teams and external partners to implement and deploy IT solutions tailored for supply chain and manufacturing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet budgetary constraints and quality benchmarks. Analyze supply chain and manufacturing workflows to discover areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to reengineer processes, streamline operations, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Basic understanding of MedTech compliance to support activities related to industry standards.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure prompt resolution of issues and delivery timelines.
  • Address user inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly to ensure user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in IT systems and technologies pertinent to supply chain and manufacturing, including ERP systems.
  • Experience in testing and validating healthcare IT systems, including electronic health records and clinical software.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on detail.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement, complemented by superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a SCRUM or Agile environment is advantageous.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting while juggling multiple priorities.
