Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Logistics Specialist will oversee the management of incoming and outgoing orders, facilitate third-party logistics (3PL) transportation, and handle data entry tasks.

  • Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing orders while ensuring their accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for order generation and data entry.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing order inquiries for our distribution network.
  • Provide updates on order status, handle discrepancies, and issue credits as necessary.
  • Prepare invoices, print packing slips, and monitor inventory levels using our internal system.
  • Coordinate effectively with 3PL transportation providers.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience in logistics is preferred.
  • Proficient in office support tasks, particularly data entry.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • No physical lifting is necessary for this role.
  • Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) are essential.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a talent for managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and recognition, fostering a culture of high performance.
