Role Responsibilities:

Intel Foundry seeks a seasoned leader to spearhead the development and implementation of transformative business strategies for our strategic clientele, aimed at driving sustainable growth. This position operates within a multifaceted and influential business, technical, and operational landscape. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating strategic transformation initiatives for Intel Foundry's key customers.
  • Designing operational frameworks and executing phased business and financial objectives.
  • Negotiating intricate commercial and manufacturing agreements.
  • Collaborating with support teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout all interactions, from needs assessment to final delivery.
  • Establishing team structures and identifying essential skill sets, while recruiting and onboarding business, operations, and technical personnel.
  • Managing customer demand forecasts and providing insights on short and long-term volume and revenue projections to meet supply and financial goals.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities for timely business insights.
  • Assessing customer engagement, anticipating needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Generating business reports and offering strategic feedback to the leadership team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of foundry operations, with a proven track record in complex business environments and the ability to collaborate with diverse customer and internal teams.
  • Comprehensive business and technical background in semiconductor product development and foundry sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership success in challenging and intricate environments.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven, passionate, and resilient.
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates with non-technical degrees and a successful track record in foundry business development will also be considered.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in foundry business development, operations, sales, or customer relationship management.
