Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering and documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in testing methodologies, encompassing test planning, development of test cases, execution, and defect management.
- Contribute to the enhancement and standardization of business analysis practices within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing departments to ensure IT projects fulfill all pertinent requirements and secure necessary approvals.
- Document and convey test outcomes, compliance assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders as required.
- Evaluate existing IT systems and applications utilized in supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Identify potential for system integration, automation, and improvements to enhance data visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making processes.
- Work in partnership with IT development teams and external vendors to implement and deploy IT solutions tailored for supply chain and manufacturing.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that adhere to budget constraints and quality benchmarks.
- Analyze supply chain and manufacturing workflows to uncover areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to redesign processes, streamline operations, and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Possess foundational MedTech experience to support compliance efforts related to industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure prompt resolution of issues and timely service delivery.
- Address user inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in IT systems and technologies pertinent to supply chain and manufacturing, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES systems, SCADA systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in testing and validating healthcare IT systems, including EHRs, medical devices, and clinical software applications.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A continuous improvement mindset with superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in a SCRUM or Agile environment is advantageous.
