Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced program manager to oversee critical initiatives within the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health sectors. The role encompasses various aspects of product enhancement and compliance, including:

  • Facilitating manufacturing site transitions and capacity upgrades.
  • Ensuring compliance with Medical Device Regulation (MDR).
  • Implementing product design improvements.
  • Managing supplier-driven process modifications.

The ideal candidate will possess the expertise and assurance to guide multidisciplinary teams, which may consist of professionals from mechanical and electrical design, software development, quality assurance, verification and validation, human factors engineering, systems engineering, process innovation, supplier quality management, procurement, and regulatory compliance.

Key duties include:

  • Overseeing the operational elements of ongoing projects and acting as a bridge between project management, project teams, and upper management.
  • Directing the development and execution of product and service initiatives involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering both new and existing products.
  • Monitoring project status and budgets; preparing detailed status reports; and tracking project progress from inception to completion.
  • Creating comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, project timelines, budget allocations, resource management, and communication strategies.
  • Identifying project challenges and devising solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.
  • Establishing systems for tracking project advancement and facilitating intervention and problem resolution with project managers, line managers, and stakeholders.
