Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at BIM Engineering U.S, LLC. This role involves generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals in the construction and software sales sectors.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers within your designated territory.
- Travel to appointments and meetings to discuss business opportunities and negotiate successful deals.
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and utilizing best practices in negotiation and sales techniques.
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM program to track progress and optimize future sales efforts.
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in outside sales, particularly in the construction and software industries.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
