Sales Development Representative

At Shift - Actions, Perspective, Future, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and refine your sales skills, learn how to effectively use sales technologies, and engage with clients to provide necessary support for success.
Your responsibilities will include developing and mastering sales skills to generate revenue, learning how to use CRM's, and successfully engaging with clients. You'll also participate in friendly competition and growth mindset training to promote like-minded success.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, be organized, and able to manage your time effectively. You should also be professional, customer-focused, and willing to learn and grow.
Earnings & Benefits:
Average first-year intern can earn up to $26,000 in commission. Returning interns see an average increase of over 40% in commission earnings. We offer multiple bonuses, competitions, and incentives, as well as housing and furniture setup for interns in our markets. Upon completing the internship, you may be considered for a full-time position.
