Business Development Representative

Private Label Staff is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to expand our client base in the mid-market and enterprise segments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for targeting medium to large-scale companies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the mid-market and enterprise sectors through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and align our solutions with their business goals.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements that exceed client expectations.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, manage your pipeline, and report on revenue forecasts.
- Proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally in staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to present customized staffing solutions to larger organizations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with high-level decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools.
- A network of industry contacts is a plus.
