Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bridgestone Arena. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing all transactions while providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer questions, and assist whenever possible
- Process sales with a point of sale system and bag merchandise
- Maintain records related to sales
- Routinely stock merchandise and maintain back-stock
- Verify the amount of cash at the beginning and end of each shift
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately handle money and count change
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to climb stairs and step stool frequently
- Visual acuity sufficient to distinguish merchandise and operate the point-of-sale system
