Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist.

Our Sales Support Specialists play a crucial role in the success of our organization by serving as a vital connection between our sales team and operational departments.

In this role, you will manage incoming inquiries related to group reservations and meetings, while also providing essential support to the sales team with documentation, room allocations, and effective communication with other departments to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

Many of our Sales Support Specialists advance to become Sales Managers and eventually Directors of Sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Act as a primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.

Exhibit outstanding time management skills, self-motivation, and proactive planning, with a strong attention to detail.

Efficiently complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, including managing room allocations, generating reports, notifying clients of important dates, preparing group resumes, event orders, billing details, and other administrative tasks related to bookings and events.

Assist with various aspects of pre-event, main event, and post-event coordination, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external clients regarding each assigned event and group.

Acquire knowledge of the company's products, pricing, presentation, and venue details that contribute to the success of group events.

Utilize digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes, implementing tools and resources to achieve both individual and team objectives.

Participate in and contribute to all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other communications required for this role.

Collaborate effectively to promote teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit, making informed decisions that benefit the organization and support the overall goals of the team.
