- Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in center of the plate (meat and seafood) knowledge and trends, analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to express information in terms of profit and loss, food cost, and expense ratio.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial acumen, ability to plan and execute business plans, and experience building trust with prospective customers and securing new business.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence a variety of key stakeholders, and experience building relationships with customers, chefs, and sales team members.
