Role Summary: Parman Tractor & Equipment is seeking a driven Construction Equipment Sales Specialist to facilitate the sale and rental of construction machinery in the greater Nashville area and surrounding regions. As an authorized dealer for reputable brands such as Takeuchi and Link Belt Excavators, your primary responsibility will be to enhance current business operations and cultivate new revenue streams through equipment sales and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Engage in the sale and rental of construction machinery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the construction or agricultural sectors is preferred.
  • A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
