Our Sales Support Specialists play a crucial role in the success of our organization as they serve as a vital link between our sales team and various internal departments.

In this position, you will manage incoming inquiries related to group reservations and meetings, while also providing essential support to the sales team with contracts, room allocations, and communication with other departments to ensure our clients receive the services promised. Many of our Sales Support Specialists advance to become Sales Managers and eventually Directors of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:


Act as one of the primary points of contact for incoming sales inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.

Exhibit exceptional time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning, with a strong attention to detail.

Efficiently handle assigned tasks and responsibilities, including managing room allocations, generating reports, notifying clients of important dates, preparing group resumes, event orders, billing details, and other administrative duties related to bookings and events.

Assist with various aspects of pre-event, main event, and post-event coordination, tracking and communicating with internal teams and external clients regarding each assigned event and group.

Acquire knowledge of the organization's food and beverage offerings, pricing, presentation, and venue details that contribute to the success of group events.

Utilize digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes, implementing tools and resources to achieve both individual and team objectives.

Participate in and contribute to all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other communications required for this role.

Collaborate effectively to promote teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit in making the best decisions for the organization and achieving overall team goals.
