Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with the medical director to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent client service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a practice manager in a veterinary clinic
  • Proven track record of success in leadership and management roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
