The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Surgical Sales Representative to join our team in the Birmingham, AL area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our breast device portfolio. Your primary focus will be on meticulous planning and execution of customer meetings, generating sales for your territory, and developing a deep understanding of selling in a surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales quota for all products
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders
  • Manage all aspects of territory logistics, including inventory, samples, and salesforce
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities
  • Coordinate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure effective utilization of resources
  • Manage territory expense budget and follow applicable expense guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to plan and execute national and regional trade shows
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve sales execution
