Key Responsibilities
  • Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs to enhance patient satisfaction and throughput.
  • Interact with patients and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Perform HR functions, including hiring, orientation, training, payroll, and direct supervision and development.
  • Maintain safety documentation and training for the unit.
