Field Service Technical Representative

Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a skilled Field Service Technical Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Technical Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance, installations, and upgrades, in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by Cincinnati Incorporated.

The ideal candidate will have three or more years related industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting, and two or more years troubleshooting experience with programmable logic circuits (PLCs). They will also have strong diagnostics and technical aptitude, including knowledge of AC & DC electrical, mechanical and hydraulics, as well as superb customer service skills, with strong communication skills.

This is a home-based position that requires at least 75% travel, and the successful candidate will be able to work independently with little supervision. They will also be able to travel overnight at times with little prior notice.

The physical demands of this position include frequent standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing of ladders, and the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. frequently. The work environment is occasionally loud.
