Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced investment professional to join our team as an Associate or Principal. As a key member of our investment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and working closely with our portfolio companies to help them grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the pre-seed and seed stages
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
  • Work closely with our portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem
  • Assist in the development of investment theses and strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field
  • Strong network of contacts in the startup ecosystem, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
