Leveraging blockchain infrastructure, Heron Finance offers a streamlined approach for accredited investors to engage with private credit opportunities. If you are an accredited investor, all that is required to start investing is a standard bank account.
As the Managing Director at Heron Finance, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate investments and foster relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). You will play a pivotal role in educating clients about our innovative product and the advantages of the private credit asset class for their clientele. A well-established network of independent RIAs who trust your expertise is essential. You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and embrace the challenges and uncertainties that come with it.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of Heron Finance to independent RIAs.
- Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with alternative-focused Registered Investment Advisors, serving as a subject matter expert for our platform and investment solutions.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of RIA prospects, with realistic evaluations of deal potential and closing likelihood.
- Participate in conferences, initiate sales meetings, manage events, and serve as the external representative for Heron Finance.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CIO to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Create and deliver educational materials for RIAs regarding Heron and the private credit landscape.
- Extensive existing network within the RIA community.
- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record in relationship building and driving sales with leading RIAs.
- Proven experience in selling debt investment opportunities to independent RIAs and/or institutional investors.
- Possession of Series 6, Series 7, or Series 63 licenses.
- 10+ years of overall experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
