Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support and resolve customer challenges through your expertise. In this role, you will:

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing troubleshooting, installations, validations, maintenance, and repair needs while managing necessary documentation.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, including preventive maintenance contracts and new service plans, contributing to our sustained growth.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is prioritized.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Engineering or Biology with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Technical Degree in a related field.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as this position involves travel, including potential overnight stays.
  • The physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas is advantageous:

  • Field service engineering within a related industry.
  • Scientific research instruments or a similar technical background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.

Compensation and Benefits
