Technical Support Specialist

GFI Digital is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Network Administration: Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Documentation: Produce accurate documentation related to client environments and issue resolution.
- Vendor Management: Assist with third-party vendor management.
- Service Level Agreements: Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met for all clients.
- Hardware Deployment: Setup, deploy, and replace Windows desktops and laptops.
- Software Installation: Install Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other Windows applications.
- Education: College Diploma or Degree in Computer Science.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting hardware, Windows OS, and Windows Applications.
- Skills: Strong documentation skills, keen attention to detail, ability to absorb and retain information quickly, highly self-motivated, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, and other relevant certifications.
