Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role
  • Experience with report writing tools, such as Report Designer or Crystal
  • Knowledge of structured query language and relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
