IT Technical Support Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Installs, configures and maintains organization's network.
* Designs and supports server system(s) and supporting software.
* Installs, configures and maintains organization's operating systems.
* Analyzes and resolves problems associated with server and network infrastructure.
* Prepares Documentation, manages Leased equipment deployment and returns as schedules dictate, striving to maximize use of equipment dollars expended.
* Purchases, installs, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots operation of the local area network.
* Maintains accurate and current documentation of network specifications and settings
* Participates in disaster recovery planning and performs recovery testing
* Actively participates in organization's IT Change Control process
* Procures needed Computer Supplies and Accessories
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of IT technical support experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Azure Fundamentals Certification
* Cisco CCNA Certification
* VMware Certification
