Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process business requests in accordance with federal regulations, contract provisions, and internal policies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, contract provisions, and relevant state and federal regulations
  • Utilize Lean methodology to enhance workflow efficiency through problem-solving meetings and team collaboration
  • Consult on and interpret contract provisions for policyholders, agents, brokers, and other operating units, including topics requiring insurance or securities licenses
  • Route specialized inquiries to licensed representatives as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
