Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Description

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to resolve technical issues
  • Update internal databases with information about customer interactions
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certification requirements, office location and other geographic considerations, and other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
