Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Midas International. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for managing and directing all service department activities, including supervising technicians, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train service technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and manage parts sourcing
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service management role
  • General automotive knowledge and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver's license
