We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our auto service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including brake repairs and alignments
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with guests
- Document all work performed on repair orders
- Report any safety issues to management
- Promote teamwork and deliver excellent guest care during all operating hours
- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs and fluid flushes
- Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- High School Diploma or GED
- ASE Certification
- Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
- Previous electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience
