Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing recruiting and human resources support to terminal management.

About the Job:

  • This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management, or equivalent working experience.
  • A minimum of one year of recruiting and/or Human Resources experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Process: Advertise positions in local markets using various job boards and campus career sites, review incoming resumes, and phone screen candidates.
  2. Employment Life Cycle: Onboard new hires, prepare airport paperwork, and facilitate employee departures.
  3. Employee Relations: Manage employee files, act as a liaison between employer and employee, and respond to employee complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum of one year of recruiting and/or Human Resources experience.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills (examples are: active listening, verbal communication, assertiveness).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
